Reeder is an iOS client that let's you navigate your Google Reader account. This is another app that I use on a daily basis, that once again, does one thing, but does it very well.
You can read articles from your Google Reader feeds, mark them as read, start articles, share them, send them to your offline reader applications (Readability, Instapaper or Pocket) and almost any other sharing option you could want.

Clear (iOS) [Video]
Clear is one of my favorite productivity apps. It's one of the apps that I use on an almost daily basis. Clear is a list making application. It's very minimalist and easy to use. I has an extremely clean gesture driven interface. This application is very much designed to do one thing, and it does it quit well and in style.
