BenQ Blue Ray Burner Hits Japan

BenQ's Blue Ray DVD Burner is hitting Japan for roughly 760 dollars (American).



It can read/write BD, DVD, and CD media at speeds up to 2x BD-R/RE, 1x dual-layer BD-R/RE, 12x DVD+/-R, and 32x CD-R.

I wonder how much blank media will cost, or better yet, how easy is it going to be to find.

I guess we still need to see HD DVD burners hit to get the prices on those as well.
